Thank you for your interest in "Gann Forecaster". "Gann Forecaster" is a computer software programmed for the use on Windows 3.1 or Windows 95/NT platform.

The program consists of the followings:

Gann Square is a well known technique of W. D. Gann. The square chart provides traders with very accurate forecast on market support and resistance levels. It was said that W.D. Gann had once traveled to Egypt where he gained the knowledge of ‘Square’. Essentially, Gann Square is the structure of Egyptian Pyramid.

Gann Square Theory can be divided into two streams:

1. Cardinal Square on Price; and
2. Cardinal Square on Time.

The square on price calculates price support and resistance levels while square on time forecasts market reversals or reactionary days, weeks, months or even years, depended on the time frame of reference.

Besides, W. D. Gann also used another type of Square extensively, which was called Square of Nine. Square of Nine combines 9 units of price and 9 units of time to form a square with 81 cells. This Square chart also provides traders with market supports and resistance, both in price and time dimensions.

Gann Hexagon was one of the most difficult parts of market analysis technique employed by W. D. Gann which was a hexagonal numerical chart with six sides. This chart was used to predict market support and resistance levels as well as market reversal days during different 'seasons' in a year.

Gann wheel is an esoteric market analysis technique, which W. D. Gann sometimes called it the ‘Wheel within Wheel’. Gann Wheel is a circular numerical chart with numbers from 1 to 360. This chart is used to predict market support and resistance levels as well as market reversal days.

The methodology of using these charts will be explained in detail in the User's Manual.

Basically, Gann Forecaster Version 1.0 only covers most difficult parts of W. D. Gann's market techniques, namely the numerical charts. It is not the author's intention to provide programs on other common Gann techniques like Gann Angles, which have been easily available with other existing software.
