Thank you for interest in "Gann Forecaster". In view of a lot of enquiries, here I have put together some of the most frequently asked questions about the software.
 
 

Q1. What is the retail price of Gann Forecaster Investment software?

Answer: US$120, C$175, A$192, DM215, BP74 or HK$800. Please note that if you pay by credit card, the currency would be first converted to HK Dollar at market rate before settlement.
 

Q2. How accurate can Gann Forecaster forecast markets support and resistance levels?

Answer: I am satisfied with the application. But also be reminded, all market analysis techniques cannot guarantee future results.
 

Q3. There are 3 calculators, which is more powerful?

Answer: I always check all of them and do my work in conjunction with other market analysis techniques in order to come with a market view.
 

Q4. Is Gann Forecaster good for intra-day trading?

Answer: The charts are used for short to long term analysis, intra-day trading has not been tested. Yet, I believe the methodology should be the same.
 

Q5. Is it easy to use for forecasting market support and resistance levels?

Answer: It is the most convenient way to calculate sup/res levels I ever know.
 

Q6. Any special formations or patterns to look for?

Answer: I would check out intra-day formation to confirm the support and resistance levels.
 

Q7. Is it possible to calculate future support and resistance levels with historical price that easy?

Answer: In a way it is easy and it is why W. D. Gann's market techniques are so fascinating, but it does not mean that sup/res levels would not be broken, if the levels are breached, the next levels may be possible.
 

Q8. I would like to get more helps in understanding the usage, methods and theories of each Calculator before purchase.

Answer: Detail explanations have been included in the User's Manual. You can purchase the User's Manual first at a price of US$50.
 

Q9. What do I get by paying the retail price, does it include shipment and handling charges? Are instructions on the usage of the software included?

Answer: The retail price is all you have to pay. It includes: 1. Three installation Disks; 2. User's Manual which will show you how to use the software and the ways to W. D. Gann's analysis techniques; 3. Shipment and handling costs have been included.
 

Q10. Do you accept credit cards?

Answer: Currently, VISA and MASTER cards are accepted. You can order it electronically and download the zip file. Once credit card payment is verified (it takes a few days), a password woulld be sent to buyer through e-mail to open the zip file. If you feel that using credit card is unsecure, You can order them by mail order by sending bank draft or cheque payable to Acrotec System Ltd.
 

Q11. What data format does Gann Forecaster work with?

Answer: Gann Forecaster is a time / price calculator, you manually input the historical important high/low price or time, it calculates the support and resistance price levels or potential reversal dates according to Gann's theories. Therefore, it does not require series of historical data.

 
Q12. Do you provide demo version or offer free trial period?

Answer: Regretted that there is no demo version or free trial period for the time being, but we shall provide every customer support via e-mail.
